Shipping Policy
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on item size and destination)
Expedited Shipping: Available upon request. Contact us before ordering.
Freight Shipping: Larger or palletized orders may ship via LTL freight. We’ll contact you directly for delivery coordination.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For bulk orders or local pickups, please contact us for custom shipping options.
Return Policy
At RoboMach Industrial, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — with clear and fair return guidelines.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items (new or used) must be in the same condition as received and include original packaging when possible.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described.
Restocking Fee
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns not due to defects or listing errors (e.g., ordered by mistake, no longer needed).
• This fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Items marked Final Sale or As-Is
• Special order or customized items
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us to request an exchange.
